About

Inspired by Marcus Aurelius’ seminal “Meditations", this newsletter explores a multitude of ideas and a number of themes that even in 180 AD still permeate working in Tech in the modern age:

  • Impermanence and change

  • Universal reason and strategy

  • Perspective on challenges and markets

  • Reflection and self improvement

In your actions, don't procrastinate. In your conversations, don't confuse. In your thoughts, don't wander. In your soul, don't be passive or aggressive. In your life, don't be all about business.

Author

Meditations on Tech is written by me, Greg Ceccarelli. For over a decade I’ve worked across B2C & B2B technology companies in Silicon Valley and elsewhere. I’ve had roles ranging from independent contributor to C-Suite Executive, most recently as the Chief Product Officer at Pluralsight.

I attended undergrad at The American University in Washington D.C. and received a Master’s from The University of California, Berkeley with a focus on Information & Data Science.

I’ve built a habit inside of companies in sharing weekly reflections and have done this for years. Meditations on Tech is the externalization of my private perspective.
